If your concrete patio looks like one of these, we can lift it. Each one points at the same cause underneath. The repair starts below the slab, not on top of it. Leveling a settled slab is a same-day repair in most cases. Leveling a patio is cheaper the earlier you catch it.
One corner or section of your patio dropped one to three inches. The slab is fine — the dirt underneath washed out or gave way. Soil that drains badly settles first. Raising the slab without fixing the drainage just buys time. Gravel that was never compacted properly is the usual starting point.
There's a lip where two slabs meet. Anything over a quarter inch is a trip hazard, especially with kids or older adults walking on it. A raised edge between slabs is the most common hazard on a patio surface. Concrete that has separated at a joint only moves further from here.

Same idea, different material. We pump a cement-based slurry under the slab through bigger holes. Cheaper than foam. Lasts two to five years on average. Right call for budget jobs or big plain slabs. Mud costs less and suits a large plain slab where speed matters less.
Some patios haven't dropped yet but sound hollow when you tap them. We fill the voids before the slab settles. Stops the problem before it starts. Filling a hollow void early is far cheaper than a structural repair later. A thin layer of new soil on top does nothing for a hollow slab.
